What is really required is a lease or proof of home ownership or a job.

I have a loan agreement of 3 years for a device i recently purchased.

Previous employment paystub.
Tax filings.

I spoke to cbsa agents on phone and they told me anything with my address here in canada should be okay.( Bank statement,loan agreement, cc, etc)
