Can I enroll for Diploma course of a year? Bachelor's completed in 2016 with backlogs.

I have completed by bachelor's in computer science in 2016 from Mumbai University, India with more then 2 backlogs. Can I apply for study permit for a diploma course of 16 month to get a PGWP post that?

I am specifically looking for colleges that take students irrespective of their backlogs. Any idea?

What course are you planning to take as has to be relevant to your current qualifications/work experience. If an actual 16 month course then you would only get a 16 month PGWP

I plan on taking any computer science/programming related course. Someone said that there are rare courses available that can provide 3 years of PGWP after completing the 16 months course.

The course has to make sense if You have a bachelors in CS you would be going backwards in your studies.

Yes there are but you you need to research colleges and universitie.
