Can I eligible for bridging open work permit?

Hi,

I applied for federal file based on PNP. I got closed work permit for two years but according to new rule BOWP , I applied under PNP program, I might eligilble for it.

My closed work permit has 1 and half year left. I want BOWP so i can work some where else also.

Can I applied for it?

How do I apply?

What kind documents I need.?

If you still have a year and a half left on your work permit - then you can't apply for the BOWP. You will only qualify to apply for the BOWP once your current work permit has four months left to expiry.
