Can I edit my personal details after submission of EE profile?

Yes you can anytime before receiving ITA.

While creating profile, do i need to mention only Bechlore degree(For which ECA is done) only, or 10th and 12th details also, i need to mention?

Bachelors is fine.
 
I have submitted my profile. But after that I got message that, My profile is InEligible.

what to do in this situation..? as per my points, it's 67, but still.

can i create new profile in same GC key login in future?

You might want to check the amount of funds you entered, and whether you meet all the other requirements. Having 67 points is mot enough, you also have to have your language test result and ECA when you create your orofile for it to be eligible.
 
Hi,

I have created my EE profile, and registered with Job bank. Can I also create profile for my wife in job bank, as she is also doing job, and upload her profile in job bank?

Please guide, if any idea
