I'll suggest you do medicals after you get an ITA because it expires after a year. That's what I did in my case.

Actually I am applying this August so can I do medical on July if I can .please tell what documents I need to bring to doctors ?

And one more question my husband just got a medical examination for sowp so should he go for medical again for express entry

My panel physician asked for 4, but I only had 2 so they accepted it.
Yes they will give you a paper.

What was the medical type of your spouse's medical and was it done no earlier than March 2016?

Would of advise that you do not do medical so early. Remember you can sit in the Express entry pool for weeks and months until ITA. You have to very sure that you will have very high point/score on your profile and get nominated within a short time.

OK, then he needs to take a new one, as the medicals have to be no older than 6 months when you submit the PR application.

OK, as long as it is Non-EDE Worker type, but to be sure, he can also call the panel physician to be sure he can use it for EE and that all the required tests are done. I'm not as familiar with medicals for WP but I tend to believe they're the same at least, or if someone here can confirm it's possible.
