My organization has filed my ICT visa and for my spouse they filed Open Work Permit and for my kid its Student work permit. But my organization is not sending me to work as there is freeze for onsite position in my account and probably it may take another 6-8 months to initiate my travel.
Now my Spouse organization wants to initiate her ICT visa and they are ready to send her to Canada once visa is approved. Now for me the problem is, I have ICT Work permit approved and W1 visa stamped on my passport and I want to join my spouse as Visitor/Dependent. So my question is: - do I need to raise separate application of dependent or visitor visa for me along with her application? Is it possible to do that? will it have any impact on my current approved work permit?
My intention now is to just to go Canada and accompany my spouse and not want any work permit from POE?
