Need to make some changes. Wanted to know if i can decline and reapply immediately (same day) or do i have to wait some days?

You would re-enter the EE pool if you decline your ITA. This can take up to 24 hours, though, so be patient. Why do you want to decline your invitation, out of curiosity?
