can i collect my pr card b4 appointment date ?

Hello Every1,

Wondering if any 1 could help. I have received a letter from cic today to collect my renewed pr card in 1st week of december which is too far because i need to travel outside canada in next few days. so is there any way i can go to cic office in toronto and request them to issue it straight away ? do i need to buy a ticket to present it as an evidence

CIC Sydney issues PR card. SO i am not sure if Toronto Office would be able to help you

You can apply to have your pr card processed urgently, but it looks like you need to have travel documents.

Yes, it is possible go to
55 St. Clair Ave East, 2nd floor
Toronto ON M4T 1M2
and pick it up.Usually when they send you a letter it means your new pr is in the local office so you can go and pick it up.If you have a ticket bring the ticket with you it is more convincing for them.
