can I claim points for the Job experience and options available for me

Hi Everyone,

I came to Canada in the month of Jan-2022 on Closed work Permit(ICT) and my last working was in the month of April(so which will be around 14 months),I am about to create the Express entry profile can I claim points for the job experience in Canada.

Also what are the options available for me apart from applying for PR , can I also apply for visitor visa as I have a plan to visit India in coming months

Please suggest.
