Can I change Visa Offices (application just submitted to CIC) AND have 2 Apps??

How can I change visa offices, is this allowed?

Also are you allowed to have two concurrent FSW applications, eg. one with an arranged offer of job, and another without?

For what I understand you may have one application and you can update the information, for example If you applied without job offer but now you got a Job offer you can update that info to your file and this will give you more points.

Thanks for responding, I rang CIC and they said there was no guarantee apps would be matched so two are in the queue, will this be rejected because of this, I wonder
