can i change the program choices on my humber application after i have submitted it?

hello

for a few personal reasons I am no longer satisfied with the programs, i selected on my number application.
my first choice has been refused and my second choice is currently being assessed but I do not meet the secondary requirements for it ( cringe). so I was wondering if it was possible to change my third choice before it starts being assessed. if not, then is it possible to submit a new application from the same humber account and email?

I have to say your post is somewhat confusing in what you are trying to achieve. Are you asking about an internal Humber course selection change or changing something with IRCC through your MYCIC account ? Or both ?
