Can I change the job offer question to no after ITA?

I answered YES to the question if I have a job offer thinking that since I am working in Canada my job offer counts. I later found out that it does not. I received provincial nomination and have enough points. I was then invited to apply. But someone brought my attention that the offer I have does not meet the requirements. If I loose the 50 points I am still above the cut off for the round of invitation. But someone warned me of changing my application after being invited to apply.

So I dont know what to do? Dont change my application and provide a letter of application? or correct my application and not provide a job offer?
