can I change NOC after receiving PT from Ontario?

You can change it as long as you do it before you submit your application, I believe.

I got PT as 2174 but updated my EE profile and applied to OINP as 2173 and got nominated as 2173. As long as your job description fits, it's OK.

My reason for changing is that I felt 2173's lead statement was more accurate to my JD than that of 2174, so I feared I'd be rejected under 2174, which had been set by my previous consultant.

HI,
i received intent to refuse letter. because my noc code and minimum wage in ontario was not matching. now i realize that the other noc code has same minimium wages that i am currently getting moreover my jobs responsibilities also matches.
can i request OINP to chnage my noc code
