Can i change my ielts score after getting ita

I got ita in yesterday draw of 400 but today i got new ielts result with good score and i want to include my wife in my profile so do i be able to include new ielts band or not??

Raise with a webform and an ADR should be sent to you i guess for medicals, PCCs new POF for one added family member, IELTS, ECA, PP etc... and if you go below the cut off score your application will cut out

Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when

• the invitation to apply (ITA) was issued; or
• the e-APR was received by IRCC

By adding spouse after the ITA your score will be recalculated. So, if the recalculated score is going below the draw cut-off in which you received the ITA, your application will be refused immediately. Also, using the new IELTS score could be a dicey thing for you as these were received after the ITA only.
