Can i change my course after my study permit?

I have just recieved my study visa for a bachelor of arts degree in university of fraser valley but now i feel that there is very less career scope in this field and want to change my course to a degree in buisness administration.Will it be possible after i land in canada because i dont want to go through the entire process again.

Yes it is possible to switch programs. If you are changing university or college you must inform CIC online. Assume you don't have admission to a BCom or BBA program? When were you scheduled to start school? Your study permit is cancelled after 90 days if you don't attend your program.
