Can i change college after 1 semester and can i get fees of 2 nd semester back?

I just stated my 2 yr PG at Fleming College. I have paid 1 year fees and GIC (SDS category).
Now, i want to change my college after 1 semester. So, is it possible to change college after 1 semester? Can i get my 2 nd semester fees back and whats the procedure to do so?

Change how exactly? You want to drop out of one school and start another fresh or you want to transfer? Either way you need to talk to both schools about their procedures.
Also be aware that there could be long term effects if you have immigration plans after finishing.
