To provide context, I recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and got into another school to get another diploma, received the study permit and everything.

The thing is, I’ve also been applying to jobs during the summer and received a very good job offer. I am still within the first 90 days of graduation that I could apply for a PGWP and start work, but my question is: is it possible to cancel my approved study permit for my second diploma? Is my PGWP for my graduation even valid anymore now that I’ve been accepted and received the visa for another school?

You cannot cancel an approved study permit. You just don't use it. What is your program completion date...not convocation date?
