Can I cancel an application?

Hello again! How are you people?
So I applied for a TRANSIT VISA in order to make a connection to Bermuda for a job I had lined up. Sadly, that job is no longer happening so I wont need the visa anymore. Id like to know if I can/should cancel the application, or inform in any way that I dont need it anymore?
Would it be a bad record if I get the visa approved and dont use it?

You can certainly withdraw your application. There will be no bad record if you are approved but never use it.

Yes, that is the best thing to do.
