Can I buy an appartment with an expired PR.

Hello friends

My PR has expired and yet to meet my Residency Obligations.

I have a stable job and I am considering buying an apartment through a mortgage.

Bank is OK to lend but will there be any administrative issue because of my PR card expiry.

Your advise will be appreciated.

Even visitors of Canada can buy properties in Canada. So this is non issue.
