Unless you graduated from IIT or IIM, basically no Canadian employer would be interested in you. There are many young graduates without jobs in Canada so I don't know why any employer would be interested in you. unless you are a superman....I hope you get my point.

try landing in Canada first. As a student or PR and then search for a job.
No sane tech company in Canada cares where you graduated from, they wont even check your degree !!

All they will see is :
1) Can you legally work in Canada !
2) Are you capable !

Check Calgary Oil and Gas Market. Most of the Indian people working there are from IIT. Also, when I got employed with a government organization here in Calgary they asked for my degree and WES evaluation as they did not want to hire people from some blacklisted university (few universities in Gujarat and Rajasthan).

This email is in regards to the approval of job confirmation to MR K. KUMARAVEL for the position of MECHANICAL ENGINEER with IBI Group, Canada. He will be placed in Ontario.

Responsibilities and Duties:•

• Prepare designs and drawings of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Drainage Systems for various building types.
• Identify cost-effective solutions to design challenges.
• Liaise with clients, sub-consultants and vendors to obtain project details and facilitate design review.
• Assist in creating and presenting technical reports regarding status and results of design or study assignments.
• Ensure necessary coordination of other disciplines to ensure successful design completion within scheduled timelines.
• Construction review activities, including site review of construction work progress.
• Meet assigned budget and schedule for project tasks.

Hard copy of letter of employment and the branch will be designated to him after the approval of 2 years (renewable) work permit by the Canadian Govt and on the date of his joining after a small session of debriefing. He will be on 3 month on job training/probation for 3 months from the date of joining during which his salary and perks decided by IBI will remain the same. A monthly salary of 2200 CAD has been finalized for him. IBI Group will be providing for his accommodation, food coupons (during weekdays), conveyance and medical during his employment tenure, the details of which will be stated in his letter of employment and briefed to him on his joining date. The joining date for Mr. K. Kumaravel will be on 10/07/2018 and he will need to sign a 2 year renewable contract on the same day. The approval of work permit will take 90 working days from the date of application. IBI Group will be sponsoring his airfare upon the approval of his work permit followed by visa .Please finish the documentation formalities at the earliest so as to begin with the process of work permit application.

2 Salary is just slightly above minimum wage, qualified Engineers make considerably more.
3. No Canadian employer provides accommodation or meals unless living in a camp situation.
