Can I become a permanent resident and work as self Employment?

I am not sure if I am making this topic in a right place or not.
But I am a Professional world class Artist and Photographer based in Iran.

by this I mean I have been Featured by world class news websites like CNN, ABC, BBC, Dailymail and ... and I had many exhibitions of my works around.

Do you think I can Apply and become a permanent resident of Canada and move there?
I have totally no information, If someone can help me it would be great.
