can i attached an affidavit (as supporting document for Tourist visa Canada)

hello there guys i would like to know if it is good idea to attache affidavit. (as supporting document for Tourist visa canada)
as i have mentioned in my cover letter that my wife, me and my mother live together in india. so i want to add affidavit stating my mother is going to be with my sister for few days during my stay in canada.

Kindly plz reply if you have any idea.
i believe we must share knowledge if we have one.

well, i have applied my visa on 29th of november 2018 and got refusal on 18th of december. based on my purpose of visit.

my purpose of visit is to celebrate 1st wedding anniversary.
i am reapplying tommrow. am sure i can not change my purpose of visit if a reapplying ryt away.

so i want to give best reason on purpose of visit. i would like to show them why canada and not other countries. kindly please help me in this regards. am so confused and want visa desperately.
