can i arrange passport before request

[Need Canadian Pr]

when i applied i included my wife
but she is not in Canada

i already confirmed that my country allowed to send passport abroad.

i haven't requested yet passport from CIC

it seems in 1.5 months i will get passport request

so my question is can i bring passport before they request , my idea is the day i would be request for passport i can send the same day

or is there any chance CIC will think passport requested today , how come she send passport just in two day from abroad.

Why do you want to request passport from CIC;

CIC does not have a passport, it is not a person.
