Can i apply work permit at the border once I am nominated? Please help!

Hello! I hope someone can clear my confusion.

I got nominated by BC and already have work permit support letter with me. Can I just go to the border to get my work permit if I have all the required documents? I am on multiple entry Visitor Visa. I had been asking around and got conflicting answers. i even emailed Canadian Border but they did not reply.

Please help me. :(

No you can't. Since you were in doubt here is the official text

Read under the heading "Some workers can apply at a port of entry".

You do need a trv to visit canada, that is why you have a TRV. So you can't apply at POE
