As the deadline is already here fr the gic thing can i apply d visa wid a bank loan? As all my documents wer complete but things got delayed coz ov gic n i wont b getting the mail before 26th. Please help

Apply under General category.

But i am under the SPP category...i dont have any other option as per now so if i take an education loan will it serve an alternate to gic?
