So, I have contacted Carleton University on when to expect them to give me an uncondentional offer of admission (I have a condentional one for final grades). They told me that they don't reissue offer final letters and that I can apply with the condentional visa letter I have. They said they just clear the conditions and don't give out a new final offer.

They said visa officers dont distinguish condentional offers from uncondentional ones.

Are what they saying true? Im really confused and worried.

Can I apply with the condentional offer I have? Do I attach anything with it? Help pls

Thanks for taking the time to read this :)

What does the conditional letter from the University say? I would wait until you get an offer letter without conditions, as I doubt you will get accepted for a visa with an offer letter which has conditions.

The visa letter has a section with conditions. However this section is empty. Thats in the visa letter. In the offer letter they mention the conditions.

So in the visa letter no conditions and offer letter they mention conditions.

I don't understand what the visa letter you are referring too but if you have an offer letter that has conditions and put this into your study permit application it will probably be refused. What are the conditions anyway

My final grades. I will get them in 6th of June. What if I apply with this offer and attach the final grades with it?

When you send your final grades to the University, they have to issue you with a full offer letter (without the conditions). If you want to risk applying with the conditional letter with your final grades attached to it, that's up to you. But I would think you have more chance at being rejected this way.

I will contact the university about that. Thank you
