Can I apply Visitor visa to my Mother while I’m in implied status

hi all,

My PGWP expired on November 18. But I’ve already applied for BOWP before that and PR is also in processing. I’m expecting my BOWP result somewhere in mid January. My question here “ is it okay if I apply for visitor visa to my Mother”. Since I’m in implied status does it effect to my Mother’s visa. Please let me know

You unfortunately don't qualify for BOWP after PGWP. I hope you're not working. If you are in the process of getting PR you can be in applied status as a visitor.
