first time i applied with 6 bands ...so reason was language ability

As Humber comes under college category, so you can't apply under university category, if you want to study pgd in wireless telecommunications from humber college.

If you have an acceptance letter from a Canadian university, yes you can very well apply.

but some people said that student can apply in uni. who have 4 year bachelor degree...as i have 3 years bach. degree so m not eligible

exact condition is that some universities require that they need 16 years of education in order to enroll in their masters program
but you can check on unversity site or contact them

i was unable find anything like that if you are holding a bach degree of 3 years then you cannot apply for university category

ru asking if u can use ur college admission and apply visa under university category? or r u planning to apply for a university and then apply under university category?
if ur using college admission and using university check list then u cannot university check list is for people who r going to a university for education and not a college. if u plan to get admission to a university then since u have a 3 years bachelors degree u will have limited options as most canadian universities for masters need 4 years bachelors degree. u can check universties for their admission requirements.
