Dear friends,

This is my first time on this forum and i am amazed of the life you have here:) that's great!

I need your advise. I am thinking to apply for PR in Canada under Canadian Experience Class due to changes in the 2013, and i am wondering if i can do all the application package myself or is better to consult with the lawyer?
I have been living in Canada since July 1, 2010, had work permit for 1 year and now i have a visitor status till end of 2012. I am afraid of filling the application, as i am concerned if the info is properly mentioned/written correctly.

Would i be able to accomplish this goal with the help of experienced people and specialists on this forum?

Thank you a lot and appreciate your time,
Irina

yeah, this forum is great and well experienced members. u will be assisted and achieve ur aims without using any lawyer but make sure u got the required hours/ experience befor applying. The new rule is not yet in effect but when it does, lots of people will benefit from it.. all the best

Yeah, i think i will have to research a lot and read to understand what is needed from me:)

the required hours + salary --> is it from my payroll? Can i track from my Earnings statement ADP? or it is a letter from the employer?

Thank you so much!
