Can I apply two EE PR applications at the same time.

My PR application got rejected on May 2021, In June I applied for reconsideration and I have received formal email from ircc within a 15 days, it’s been more than 30 days since I have received email from ircc, I didn’t get any information. Now I have another EE invitation, can I apply for new PR application while waiting for my reconsideration decision, please anyone help me.
