Can I apply Super visa on PR confirmation?

Hello,
I was planning to apply visitor visa for my parents, but I recently got approved for my PR now planning to put super visa for them. Can i apply their super visa on just a confirmation of PR email or I have to have PR card to apply supervisa?

Yes, I am meeting LICO and will submit NOAs as well. but main concern is like do I need a PR card or email notification of PR confirmation can work to show my status as PR for Super visa?

I do not know but assume you would need a PR card and not just confirmation.

Reason I am asking is because I was in Canada in 2018-2019 and then returned back. Now I am planning to come back and want to apply for SuperVisa.

As I know my parents need to be outside when I apply for it, can I do it while I am out of Canada.?

You need a recent NOA and paystubs. As stated on the website, you need to submit the most recent tax year so 2020. NOAs from 3 years ago are too old. So once you come back and have a job and meeting LICO, you can try for a supervisa.
