Can I apply ProServe Certificate in Alberta with Open Work Permit?

Hi, I am holding a open work permit, it mentioned ''Unless Authorized or Vocational from attending any educational institution or taking any academic, professional or vocational training course, my job required to have ProServe Certificate, May I ask am I allow to apply this certificate or not?

it is an online course that people take to serve liquor. If it is under 6 months then yes.
