CAN I APPLY FOR WORKING HOLIDAY VISA WHILST WAITING FOR OUTLAND COMMON-LAW SPONSOR VISA?

i have applied for outland common-law visa, but i would like to apply for working-holiday visa so my partner and i are not living apart for long..

is it possible?

The answer to the question is yes - you can apply for a working holiday visa while a spousal sponsorship application is in progress.

EDIT: OP - looks like you're from the UK. Note that there's always a great deal of competition for the UK spots and there are far more applicants than spots available. So selection is by no means guaranteed. But by all means submit your profile - you may very well get lucky - and there's certainly nothing to lose by trying.

If you mean can you do an outland application for spousal, whilst living in Canada, the answer is yes.

Note that invitations for 2017 are closed. So you'll need to wait until the 2018 program is announced and submit a profile then.

i was meaning inland and outland for common-law visas (family).... not IEC
