CAN I APPLY FOR VISA WITH OUT HAVING SEMESTER MARK LISTS??????????

hey guys unfortunately i lost my individual mark lists of anna university. if i apply now for duplicate ones it will take one month to get my duplicates.i have all the documents ready except semester mark lists.im planning for sep intake.got offer letter and about to file the visa.

my question is can i apply for visa with out having semester mark lists.if it so what is the process?

Yes you can apply. Just write an extra letter to the visa officer and explain your problem.
