I had received my PGWP approval letter on 16th Jan 2024. The address for the secured document delivery was incomplete and was missing my unit number. So my document was returned. I quickly updated the address in Feb but my document still hasn't been delivered in spite of multiple calls to IRCC and webforms. I am now planning to fill out the lost document application.
How long does replacing the document take?
Meanwhile my TRV (based on study permit) expires by 30th April. I plan on travelling back home in June/ July. Can I apply for a new TRV only with the PGWP approval letter and a note explaining the situation? Will it get approved without the physical copy? How long does the whole TRV process take? The approval and passport stamping?
