Can I apply for super visa if my son has Canadian citizenship but is a minor

Hello guys, need your help here.
Here is my situation>
my son was born in Canada and was issued a canadian passport.
He is now with me in my home country.
I have applied for PR before and was insued CoPR in 2020. However,since I was not able to arrive in Canada to get my PR process completed, I might have lost my PR status.

what type of visa should I apply if I plan to come to Canada?

No because minor would not meet LICO, and show minimum income through tax returns. So you aren’t PR if you never landed. You need a TRV to enter Canada. Given you have a Canadian son who is a minor then that will work against you. Look at immigration programs if you want to live and work. Why do you want to return?

You do not qualify for a super visa. You would apply for a regular TRV.
