Can I apply for study permit with 4 months proof of funds

I received an unconditional offer letter from a university for an MBA program. I have enough funds in my accounts where I maintained the proof of funds. But, since I need to rush my visa application to cope up with the time, I thought of applying for the study permit with 4 months proof of funds. I will also pay 2 semesters fee in advance while applying for student visa. (total program is 4 semesters)

But, I'm worried since most people apply with 6 months proof of funds.

Can anyone please kindly advise me.

I believe the minimum the government requires is four months. If you're on a rush I would advice to apply now as SP processing times have been very extensive lately. What intake are you applying to?
