Can i apply for study permit while i have applied for WES evaluation

Hi
I have submitted my documents for wes evaluation canada for immigration .
However I haven’t created my express entry profile yet and not applied for PR.
Can i apply for study visa to canada
As in wes recepient is IRCC ? Would that create any problem for my study permit visa ?

Oh that's kinda confusing .
I mean if IRCC knows that you have applied for WES evaluation , they might think you want to immigrate .
Just apply for SP and hope that it doesn't become a conflict .

Another way , just mention in SOP or LOE that you applied for WES evaluation thinking your educational documents need to be verified for applying SP of Canada .

Do they take your passport copy for WES evaluation ?

No they haven’t taken any copy of my passport
However , they take passport number while filling the form
