Can i apply for study in canada even if i got the pr rejection in canada

I want to know that since i have got the rejection Canada Immigration in 2010. Can i still apply for studies in canada. I have done MCA from india. Please guide me. Expertise required

You can certainly apply for a student visa - however there is no guarantee it will be approved. To be approved, you will have to show strong ties to your home country and prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This will be more difficult for you to do since you previously applied to immigrate to Canada. So to be approved, you will have to show very strong ties.
