Hi there,

If I submitted PR application for my wife with family class, does this mean that she will be refused on TRV application? I've heard about most of cases like this got refused on their TRV application. Is there any way we can increase our rate of getting pass on TRV? If we submit the application again after we got AOR in PR application, will that be helpful?

It's really long time waiting for the CoPR, but I cannot go back to see her due to COVID.

Thanks in advance!

Your spouse has the best chances of getting a TRV of they can prove strong ties to their home country like a job, property, etc. Precovid most TRVs for spouses of citizens and PRs were denied. More have been approved during covid. If you marry someone who lives abroad you must be prepared for a potential separation of around a year although it can be shorter or longer depending on the country and whether an interview is required.
