Can I apply for PR while waiting for csq for newborn

Hello,

I have recently received CSQ certificate for my family and myself but I am also expecting a baby in 2 months time. Can I already send my PR application while waiting for CSQ for newborn?

i doubt it when you apply for PR you have to send the CSQ along with your application
So if you apply without having the CSQ for your child then your child won't get a PR
