Can i Apply for PNP ??

Hi Friends ,

I Just wanna know whether i can apply for PNP 2014 in any Region of Canada or not ?

Age : 29yrs.

work experince : 6yrs.

qualification : B.E in E&TC completed in 2007

Married

IELTS : 6Bands . ( L :6 , R : 6 , W : 5 , S : 6 )

NOC Occupation : 2147 , 2811 (computer Network engineer )

What is the eligibility criteria for PNP ?

If yes then , suggest any Region for PNP .
