Hi, hope all your PR application is going well.
Let me explain my situation first.
1. I had study permit which has expiry date as of July 2023, but I believe it is not valid since I graduated uni in 2022 May.
2. I applied for PGWP in 2022 May.
3. I started to working at the company as an implied status.
4. My PGWP was refused in November 2022 due to failure to maintain full-time student status. (I quit job as soon as I recognized PGWP is refused.)
5. I applied for status restoration as a visitor in December 2022. (there's no update at all at this point)
6. I also applied for spousal sponsorship PR in Jan 11 2023.
7. I got AoR today, Feb 21 2023.
My question is, is there any way to apply for OWP until AIP since I do not have valid status in Canada?
+ I applied inland.
