Are we talking paper application and (Employer Pre-screen applications) or through express entry?

I've no idea what thru express entry means but my employer have done one pre screen application one of employee. I'm eligible for both CEC and FSW class.

If you are going through the normal process which is "Employer Pre-screen applications", then no you cant "it must be within 2 years after graduation". Why are you going this way, its way longer to get the PR. Try to submit an express entry profile, if you get a CRS score of 400+ OINP will send you an invitation once it opens hopefully, its now closed.

i already have profile on express entry pool and i have 459 points and i didn't count 15 extra points for Canadian Education. There is a bug in the system .Hopefully they fix it.

With 174 points you might get an ITA next round!

last draw was at 470. Hopefully its somewhere closer at 470.
