Can I apply for LMIA-Exempt WP with expired nomination support letter?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice about my situation.

I had a provincial nomination with a WP support letter for an LMIA-exempt work permit, but my nomination expired. I already applied for PR, so I’m trying to understand if I can still apply for an LMIA-exempt work permit using that support letter.

Has anyone applied with a WP support letter after the nomination expired?
Does the nomination need to be re-issued or extended first?

I don’t want to risk another refusal, so any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thanks
