It's a very bad choice. Pick a different school. It's a private career college so you will not qualify for a PGWP once you complete your studies.
To answer your question, you need to score at least 5.5 in each of the four IELTS categories or CIC will refused your study permit. A score of 5 in reading is too low and you need to retake the test.
No - a visa is never guaranteed.
You should really pick a different school. If you don't qualify for a PGWP - getting PR later will be extremely difficult.
You should pick a public college rather than a private college. Since you have a bachelor already - you should be taking a post graduate diploma. Also, the studies you plan to take in Canada must make sense based on your past experience and education.

If i will get 6 overall not less than 5.5 then can i apply for public college?? Because i have done bachelor...
I have improved my Ilets score ..i got 6.5 overall and listening 7.5 speaking 6.5 reading 6 and writing 6.. and i got 60 % in my bachelor..is my case is strong for visa ??
That part is fine for visa but there are many other requirements that also have to be met.
