Can i apply for FSW with TA/RA in canada under study permit

I have been a master's student in Canada for two years. I graduated and moved on to PhD in the with full scholarship. I have less than one year foreign work ex and TA/RA while studying. Can i apply for a FSW with this under NOC 4012

You can apply, go through crs calculator to determine your points and where you stand wrt getting an ita. Not that any work experience acquired as part of your academic program requirement is not considered as experience.
