Can I apply for FSW while I am on Visit Visa from Canada ? WIll I be eligible to apply from there then ? Has anybody done that before and got success ?

No,You have to be proccesed outside Canada But you can send your application from inside Canada

You must apply in your country of residence, your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year.

jalbert is correct,I was thinking of our Provincial Foriegn Skilled worker,Federal is country you are residing in.Cheers
