Can I apply for ECA if spelling of name is different on Certificate and Passport?

Hello friend, Did anyone come across a situation with slight difference in your name in certificate and passport? I have my name initials in Bachelors degree certificate whereas my name is in full in passport? Can I apply for ECA from WES in this case? I'm worried WES may not consider the initials and reject the evaluation due to both names not matching. Did anyone encounter this kind of situation before? How did you tackle it? Thank you.

Can anyone clarify -

1st certificate name is same as passport name
2nd certificate name is slightly different as passport name (part of the first name - spelling)

Would this be an issue if I submit for ECA?
