Can i apply for CEC in this category "1221 Administrative officers" on one year full time job here is my job responsibilities are as follow;
Company is LP (Limited Partnership)
• Main duties: to manage the day to day operation of Company.
• Providing administrative and event support to the Limited Partnership and the corporation for its programs/projects and investment activities under supervision of the President and the board.
• Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases,
• Sort, process and verify applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents,
• Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically,
• Perform and maintain financial accounting system,
• Order supplies and maintain inventory,
• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms ,reports, statements, presentations and other documents,
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries to appropriate person,
• Taking minutes of the meetings and forwarding the minutes to the members.
• Assisting in the preparation and tracking of various documents such as: member correspondences.
• Maintaining calendar of events for the business.
• Organizing and maintaining member agreements, legal and tax documentation.
• Assisting the President and members with organizing events and handling logistics
• Assists in planning and implementation of its investment and educational programs, including workshops seminars, camps etc.
• Assists with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events
